Your details and your choices

1. Who we are

Mobile Masters Garage runs Nuga Best, Dwarka Mor at B-5, First Floor, Patel Garden (Nawada Housing Complex), Najafgarh Road, opposite Metro Pillar 787, New Delhi 110078. We decide how your details are used, and we are responsible for them. Our technology provider, AIzYantra Global Private Limited, runs the system for us and uses your details only on our instructions.

2. What details we collect

  • Your name and mobile number
  • Your age group (for example 60–69), not your date of birth
  • Your area or locality, not your full address
  • Your preferred language
  • The dates you visit, and any devices you ask about
  • If you call us: the date, length and outcome of the call and, only if you agree, a recording
  • For a child under 18: the parent or guardian's name, mobile number and relationship

We do not need any medical records or details of your health or medicines. Please do not share them with us.

3. Why we use them. Please tick each one you agree to.

Needed for free sessions (we cannot register you without these two):

  • A. To register you and manage your free sessions: bookings and your visit record.
  • B. To check whether you have already had the free trial at another centre in this network. We use a coded form of your mobile number that cannot be turned back into the number. This centre is told only "yes" or "no", never which centre.

Optional (you can still have free sessions without these):

  • C. WhatsApp messages about your sessions, such as confirmations and reminders.
  • D. Reminder phone calls about your sessions.
  • E. WhatsApp messages about talks, events and offers at this centre.
  • F. Recording of phone calls with our AI assistant, to check quality.
  • G. Using your own words about your experience in our posts. We will show you the exact words and ask you again before anything is published.

None of these boxes is ticked for you. You choose.

4. How long we keep your details

  • Your record: 24 months after your last visit or contact, then it is deleted automatically.
  • Message and call records: 12 months.
  • Call recordings: 90 days.
  • If you buy a device, the centre keeps the sale record that tax law requires.

5. Your rights

  • You can withdraw any consent at any time, as easily as you gave it. Reply STOP on WhatsApp, tell our staff, or call the number below. We stop that use; it does not affect what was done before.
  • You can ask what details we hold about you, ask us to correct them, or ask us to delete them. We complete a deletion within 7 days.
  • You can name someone to use these rights for you if you cannot.
  • You can complain to us (see below). If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India: [डेटा प्रोटेक्शन बोर्ड लिंक].

6. Children under 18

A parent or guardian must give consent on the child's behalf. We use a child's details only for their sessions, never for offers or event messages.
